These pages, the content and infrastructure of these pages, and the online reservation service provided on these pages and through the website are owned, operated and provided by Crystal Plaza LLC, P.O. Box 66496, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (hereinafter collectively referred to as www.crystalplazahotel.com) and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only, subject to the terms and conditions set out below.
1.Scope of our Service
Through the website www.crystalplazahotel.com,we provide an online Hotel room Booking platform through which touristic services (for example excursions, transfers, and others, collectively the "services") can be booked by visitors ("customer (s)") of the website. By making a reservation through www.crystalplazahotel.com the customer enters into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with www.crystalplazahotel.com. Although www.crystalplazahotel.com will use reasonable skill and care in performing/completing offered services www.crystalplazahotel.com cannot guarantee that, all information is accurate, complete or correct, nor can www.crystalplazahotel.com be held responsible for any errors (including manifest and typographical errors), any interruptions (whether due to any (temporary and/or partial) breakdown, repair, upgrade or maintenance of our website or otherwise), inaccurate, misleading or untrue information or non-delivery of information. Obvious errors and mistakes (including misprints) are not binding. www.crystalplazahotel.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
2.Booking process
The customer chooses the date for the room booking service, clicks on "book"-button, enters the date of his choice, duration, contact details and clicks on the button "confirm booking". With this, he makes a binding offer to www.crystalplazahotel.com. If the selected service is available on the selected day, www.crystalplazahotel.com confirms the conclusion of the contract to the customer immediately. The acceptance of the offer by www.crystalplazahotel.com takes place under the condition that the given contact details of the customer are correct and complete and that the service booked is paid before prior to implementation. Thus, a binding contract between the customer and www.crystalplazahotel.com is concluded. Following the conclusion of the contract www.crystalplazahotel.com sends a booking confirmation to the customer. The obligation of the customer is to check this confirmation carefully and in case of any discrepancy to get immediately in contact (email to: info@crystalplazahotel.com )
3.Credit card payment
we accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED. If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
4.Payment process
Payment will be made during the booking process. The customer can choose from several payment options of credit card. In case of a cancelation Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
5.Cancellation
By making a booking with www.crystalplazahotel.com the customer accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of www.crystalplazahotel.com and to any additional Special Conditions that may apply to the booking. A cancellation must be made in writing via e-mail. The customer may either use the cancellation system linked in the booking confirmation, or by writing an email to info@stopovertrips.com . The cancellation can be only processed if the booking confirmation number as well as the entire booking data is specified by the customer. If the cancellation is made timely the already paid fee will be returned to the customer. In other cases cancelation fees apply according cancellation policy from www.crystalplazahotel.com The cancellation deadlines by www.crystalplazahotel.com apply. Cancellation deadlines are counted by hours. For example, a cancellation deadline of 2 days is only met, if the customer cancels the booking not less than 48 hours before the tour start. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the cancellation policy of a made booking is as follows: within 48 hours of the arrival date One night retention charges will be applicable Less than 24 hours for beginning of services booked and by no-show 100% Cancellation fee
6.Refund policy
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
7.Minors
The customer using the website who are Minor /under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website (Age of consent is mentioned as per the applicable law).
8.Liability
www.crystalplazahotel.com is liable for the contractual breach of duty as well as for offences only in cases of intent and gross negligence. This shall not apply in case of injury of life, body and health of the customer as well as in case of claims due to the breach of cardinal obligations and the replacement of damages caused by default. As far as damages are concerned which are not the result of injury of life, body and health and if an ordinary negligence cannot be excluded, such claims shall be in lapse after one year, starting with their occurrence. Should the price of the services offered through stopovertrips.com increase after the booking has been made and the third-party supplier request an additional payment, stopovertrips.com cannot be held liable for the additional amount. The difference has to be paid by the customer, who will also be offered to cancel the service without cancelation fees. The additional amount, unless otherwise agreed, need to be paid by the customer on site.
9.Privacy
www.crystalplazahotel.com makes every effort to ensure the customer with a high level of service. In order to perform in line with, the necessary data is stored according to the principles of the Privacy Policy of www.crystalplazahotel.com Accordingly the customer can demand at any time the deletion of his data unless it is required for contract execution. To demand a deletion send an email to info@crystalplazahotel.com, guarantees that the data will not be disclosed to third-parties, except for the suppliers (service providers), so that they can identify and contact the customer in case of any problems.
10.Court of jurisdiction
The contractual relationship between the customer and www.crystalplazahotel.com is subject, regardless of the nationality of the customer, to the law of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE. United Arab of Emirates is our country of domicile.
11.Severability clause
The invalidity or unenforceability of any provisions of this Terms & Conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of this Terms & Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect. In the event of invalidity of one of the Provision of these Terms & Conditions it shall be replaced with a provision that comes close to the sense and purpose of the ineffective provision in a legally effective manner. The same applies to any loopholes.
